Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags intact. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@thrulight.lighting. Returns must be requested prior to sending the item back to us.
If the item has already been installed or used, and is not faulty, we are not obliged to accept it for return. Once installed or used, items cannot be resold as new, and their value is significantly reduced. In exceptional cases, we may consider accepting such items back at our discretion, in which case a deduction will be applied based on the condition of the item.
Only in the case of damaged or faulty items, we will provide a return label at no cost to you.
For damages, defects, or issues with your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving it so we can assess the problem and make things right.
Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return postage if you return an item independently without first liaising with us. We strongly encourage you to contact our customer service team before making any arrangements for return postage to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
You are responsible for keeping a tracking number for any items you return independently. We cannot issue a refund unless the item has been successfully returned to us and its arrival is confirmed by tracking.
If you decide to use your own return service, you must inform us of the service you intend to use and the associated cost. Upon receiving your information and providing approval, you may proceed with the return using that service. Alternatively, if the item is faulty, you may request a return label from us.
Non-returnable items include:
Perishable goods
Custom or personalised products
Personal care items
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases

If you return an item because you have changed your mind and the item is not faulty, your refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, but please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
